Lesley Delgado is the proud owner and President of Strategic Recruiting Services, LLC. As a successful business owner for over 30 years, she brings a strategic focus, vision, and mature judgment with her every time she partners with clients.
Prior to the launch of Strategic Recruiting Services, Lesley was the founder and President of StaffPro America, a staffing firm specializing in the placement of administrative and clerical support. Her company received numerous awards during its seventeen years in operation, including Corp! Magazine’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. After many years of success with StaffPro, Lesley decided to sell the company and turn her focus on the staffing needs of small-sized companies.
Currently, Lesley serves on the Advisory Board for MichBusiness and is a Trusted Adviser for Vistage, Michigan. She serves as board member for the Detroit Executive Association. Lesley was awarded a scholarship to attend the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program in 2016. Strategic Recruiting was awarded the MichBusiness, HR Wizards & Partner Award in 2015.

Chad Paalman is the Co-Founder & CEO of NuWave Technology Partners. Chad is presently serving on The Channel Company’s NexGen Cloud Advisory Board, CompTIA Channel Advisory Board, Cisco System’s SMB Advisory Board, Lansing Community College & Career Quest Learning Centers IT Curriculum Advisory Boards, the Michigan FFA Foundation Board, Sparrow Foundation Board and on both the Leadership Council & Executive Board of Directors of the Small Business Association of Michigan. Chad holds a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and resides in Ada, MI with his wife Rebecca, son CJ and daughter Sydney.
Amanda Bobrovetski has one of the more unique roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. With a successful background in sales, public relations, training & retention, and communications, Amanda handles the small group market statewide (under 50 enrolled). She is also responsible for the strategy and implementation of External Distribution Channels such as Association Health Plans (AHPs) and Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), as well as any legislative changes and innovations in that market. She approaches her role as in a way that gives strength to the solution and the people involved versus admiring the problem and following the rules. Amanda has also been a licensed insurance agent since 2004.
Amanda is Past President, among other roles, of the Michigan Association of Health Underwriters as well as Past President of the Metro Detroit Association of Health Underwriters. Amanda has a BAA in Integrative Public Relations from Central Michigan University and studied International Relations at the American University of Rome. She lives in Grosse Pointe Park with her husband, Jason, and their two children, Addison (9) and Hudson (3).
